What Home Installation and Technical Service are offered? 

     Andstallation Pro customizes, installs and maintains any home or business automation system; whether 
     Architectural, Accent or Christmas Lighting Displays, Audio, Theater or Surround Sound. There is no project

     too big or too small, we love them all.  At Andstallation Pro we understand there are many different solutions

     to every problem, we will analyze your specific needs and find a simple solution that works for you.

How do I start the process?

How do we decide on specific service(s)?

     Once we meet at your residence or business, we will find out what end result you are looking for, discuss
     different options, and your budget. We will give you our professional opinion for the equipment and service 
     that will work best for your project, however there will be no pressure to install anything more or less than
     you desire.

 

What type of sales techniques does Andstallation Pro use?
     We are not door-to-door salesmen trying to sell you something you do not want. Our goal is to make you feel
     comfortable and excited about the product and service we can offer you. At the end of the day, we want to do 
     everything we can to make you overly ecstatic about our service so that you will tell all of your friends.

How much does it cost?
     During the free initial consultation, we will discuss the various options for each of the different projects you
     would like accomplished. Every project is different therefore price ranges vary tremendously.  We can not give
     a quote without looking at the current equipment/situation or property first.

     When we design an estimate for your project, it is exactly that, an estimate. If at any point during the project
     we are able to cut cost we will absolutely do so, although not guaranteed. Once your project has begun, if   
     any additional equipment is needed
 we will notify you before proceeding. Our goal is to ensure your final bill
     does not exceed your project estimate. 

What should I expect after the initial consultation?
     Once you have decided on installation/service, within 1-3 days we will email you a contract with the selected
     option(s) for your home/business. Upon signing the contract a 50% deposit, including a $100 non-
refundable   
     deposit to secure your spot on our install/service schedule, will be collected in order to secure the equipment
     and materials needed to begin your project. 

 

What is the contract for?
     Our goal is to protect our customers.  The contract will have a picture of your home/business with an outline 
     of  exactly where each specific installation/service will be placing/performed.  Our contract lays out the     
     responsibilities of Andstallation Pro in order to keep our customers happy. 

 

What is my obligation after agreeing to the contract?
     Once you have agreed to a service and the quote, your only obligation is to pay the bill on the day the
     installation/service is complete.

How long will it take from the time I commit to install/service is completed ?
     We understand your time is precious and will work with you to set up install/service date(s) that is most   

     convenient for you, when the contract is agreed upon. We will give you a realistic timeline based on the project
     designed for your home or business and will keep you posted on all progress along the way. Please understand
     that weather and other issues will play a factor and the installation/service date could change. 

Christmas Light Display FAQ's

How does the service work?
     Andstallation Pro customizes, installs, maintains, removes, & stores your Christmas Light Display.

Can Andstallation Pro install lights that I already own?
   
 No, because we offer our customers a lifetime warranty, we only install high grade, commercial LED lights on the
     market. We have also developed efficient techniques for packing and unpacking lights so that our installation
     techs can be efficient while installing your lights.  One of our main goals is to make sure that your lights work
     flawlessly throughout the season.  We can only do that if we use the quality materials.

 

What type of roof lights does Andstallation Pro install?
     Commercial grade C9 LED lights and also the wire can be customized for your roof line.

 

Once I sign up for your service, does Andstallation Pro own the lights or do I?
     You own the lights. Andstallation Pro charges more the first year for the purchase of your lights. We highly     
     recommend letting our professionals install your lights, but you can have your lights back at any point. However,
     the lifetime warranty we provide for our products is a great incentive to use our services continuously.

 

If I am buying the lights the first year, does the price drop the second year and thereafter?
     Yes.  The prices after the first year typically drop 25%-35%.

 

If the lights are customized for my house, what happens if we move?
     Andstallation Pro will transfer the same footage to your new house for no additional charge. If new lights need to
     be customized to fit
your new roof line, we will do it.  If you are moving outside of our service area, we can mail 
     t
he lights to your new home.

 

Does Andstallation Pro take down the lights after Christmas season is over?
     Yes. We guarantee that your light will be removed between January 2nd and January 31st.

What does Andstallation Pro do with my lights after they are removed from my roof?
     We store them in a secure Andstallation Pro owned storage facility.

 All packages include materials, installation, take down and even storage; with a package
     minimum of $700 the first year.

     of Andstallation Pro in order to keep our customers happy. There is no contractual obligation for our customers to 
     use our service year after year. However, the lifetime warranty we provide for our products is a great incentive
     to use our services continuously.

     installation is complete.

How long will it take from the time I commit to install my Christmas Lights?
     We will set up an install date when the contract is agreed upon. The closer it is to Christmas, the busier we are.
     In order to get on the schedule sooner, please call, text or email to set up your free consultation as soon as 
     possible. Make sure to ask about our early install discounts. As an Andstallation Pro customer, please understand
     that weather and other issues will play a factor and the installation date could change.
